Prize Delivery

The Prize Society provides complimentary standard delivery for all verified prize winners. No standard delivery charge will be payable by the winner unless expressly stated otherwise within the relevant competition details.

Following completion of our winner verification process, prizes will be delivered to the verified UK address provided by the winner.

We aim to arrange prize fulfilment and delivery within 14 business days following successful winner verification. Where a prize requires a longer fulfilment period, this will be communicated to the winner as soon as reasonably practicable.

Winner Verification

Before releasing or dispatching a prize, we may require the winner to provide reasonable evidence of their:

• identity;
• age;
• eligibility to enter the competition; and
• delivery address.

A prize will not normally be dispatched until the required verification process has been completed.

Delivery Area

Unless otherwise stated within the individual competition details, physical prize delivery is available to UK addresses only.

Any specific geographical restrictions or special delivery arrangements relating to a particular prize will be stated within the relevant competition details.

Delivery Information

Winners are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information they provide is complete and accurate.

The Prize Society will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

If a prize is returned to us because the delivery information provided was incorrect, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery costs may apply where appropriate.

Delays Outside Our Control

We will take reasonable steps to ensure prizes are delivered within the anticipated timeframe.

However, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, supply-chain delays or other unforeseen events.

Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to keep the winner informed.

Collection or Specialist Delivery

Certain prizes may require specialist delivery, collection or alternative fulfilment arrangements due to their size, value or nature.

Where this applies, the relevant arrangements will be communicated directly to the winner and, where appropriate, identified within the competition details.
